Who are the people and organizations that will impact and be impacted by your work?


Stakeholders are anyone who could impact or be impacted by your work. This includes individual people, groups, neighborhoods, organizations, institutions, societies, and natural environments (Mitchell et al., 1997, Freeman 2010).


We can help you explore your industry-specific stakeholders, identify and prioritize which stakeholders you want to engage, execute that stakeholder engagement leveraging research-based strategies, and support long-term management of stakeholder relationships
